Our Property Owners Association hired C. Brooks Paving to do some much needed road repair work in our gated subdivision. Though not the cheapest quote, we knew from the get-go that Courtnay Brooks’ Scope of Work offered our best options for quality, value, and durability. At least one of our residents, an Aggie and former road construction contractor for TXDOT, thought as much. That said, C. Brooks’ finished results did not disappoint. The work was completed as promised, and then some. Courtnay went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with the work. Great. Lengths. He even corrected (at no additional charge) a low spot and poor drainage that if left undone, would have likely resulted in future problems. We intend to resurface our roads early next year. C. Brooks Paving will certainly be invited to provide the first quote.
