Frequently Asked Questions About Our Paving Work
How do you ensure your asphalt paving work lasts?
We use smart textbook, proper base depth, and solid compaction. That’s why our completed asphalt projects last for decades. Every job starts with a sub-grade assessment, we look at what’s under the surface before we decide on base depth, mix design, or surface type. Skipping that step is how paving fails early. We don’t skip it.
Can I see past work before I decide?
Yes, that’s what this page is for. The photos you see here are real projects we’ve completed across the Hill Country and Central Texas, from residential driveways to commercial parking lots to county road resurfacing. If you want to speak with a past customer or see a specific type of project, call us at (210) 326-5707 and we’ll do our best to connect you.
What kind of maintenance is needed?
For asphalt surfaces, the two most cost-effective maintenance steps are crack sealing and sealcoating. Crack sealing stops water from reaching the base layer before it causes structural damage. Sealcoating every 2-3 years blocks UV oxidation and extends surface life significantly. Both services cost a fraction of resurfacing, and both are services we provide. See our asphalt crack repair and sealcoating pages for details.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A residential driveway typically takes one to two days from prep through final surface. A commercial parking lot or county road project may take several days to a few weeks depending on size, base work required, and phasing. We give you a timeline in writing before we start, no vague estimates and no surprises mid-project.
Do you offer warranties?
We stand behind our work. Warranty terms vary by project type and scope, residential, commercial, and municipal work each carry different conditions. The specifics are covered in your written estimate before work begins. If you have a question about a completed project, call us directly at (210) 326-5707.
